[Pump Delivery Case] Filtration of High-Temperature Bonding Liquid (Manganese Phosphate)

We received an inquiry from a major surface treatment manufacturer, N.P. Co., regarding their desire to "keep the new line's bonding liquid sludge in a constantly clean state." Since the liquid is high-temperature and corrosive, we selected the air-operated diaphragm filtration unit, model ADF, and conducted a filtration demonstration to verify sludge removal. The photo shows the bonding liquid sampled before and after filtration, conducted in a circulation method to keep the tank clean. (Left is the raw liquid, right is after filtration.)
