We received an inquiry from Company F at the steelworks in Saga Prefecture, stating, "The scale of acid washing has increased, and we would like to automatically neutralize the wash water in the subsequent process." Currently, after acid washing, they are washing with water near the drainage ditch, which is very inefficient. Therefore, they requested to create a pit for washing and to place a neutralization device within that pit. To perform the water washing after acid washing in the pit and pump it directly to the neutralization device, we proposed the size of the collection pit and the pit itself. Additionally, they adopted a corrosion-resistant submersible pump (automatically controlled).
