We received a request from a certain surface treatment factory in the Tokai region, stating, "We want to keep the manganese phosphate solution in a clean state at all times." This involves the circulation filtration of what is commonly known as bonding solution. Due to the high temperature and corrosive nature of the liquid, the components are made of SUS material. Additionally, we designed the system to perform rough filtration followed by precise filtration using a single unit and pump, which was adopted.
