【Case Study】Transfer of Highly Corrosive Liquid from Pharmaceutical Factory Wastewater
This is an example of transferring wastewater mixed with various chemicals using a corrosion-resistant submersible pump LC.
Here is a case study of transporting factory wastewater at a pharmaceutical small-scale packaging factory in the Chubu region. The company consulted us about the mixing of caustic soda, dilute sulfuric acid, and sodium hypochlorite in the cleaning wastewater, and we proposed and adopted the "LC series" submersible pump, which can handle various chemical liquids. Additionally, we supported float specifications with a liquid level controller, contributing to the automation of the neutralization process that had previously been done entirely manually.
