We received an inquiry from Company A, which manufactures commercial food products (such as egg products and sushi ingredients), regarding their desire to "transfer seasoning liquid to the kettle" and to "simplify the process of loading into the hopper on a newly established line." The fluids involved include seasoning liquids (soy sauce, sugar, oil, etc.), hot water (60 degrees), and tomato ketchup (high viscosity). After lending a demo unit, they decided to implement the sanitary air diaphragm pump "SB-125." Initially, they requested specifications such as a power supply voltage of 100V and a cart with casters to mount the pump. However, we promoted the advantages of air drive (lightweight and easy to operate by just connecting it), and they were satisfied with the demo unit. After delivery, due to process-related requirements, it was necessary to install a magnetic filter, for which we created a mounting base.
