A manufacturing company of processed frozen foods consulted us, stating, "We would like to transfer dough containing ingredients (approximately 5mm to 10mm in size)." Upon further inquiry, they expressed concerns about the possibility of the rubber impeller of the existing pump contaminating the dough as a foreign object, which led to the consideration of a replacement. In response, we proposed our Sanitary Air Diaphragm Pump SB series, which is widely adopted by food companies. They confirmed the performance with a demo unit, and it was accepted.
