Carbon, Nitrogen, and Sulfur Analyzer vario MAX cube A large-capacity fully automated analysis of carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur equipped with an automatic ash recovery function. It excels at handling heterogeneous samples, allowing for continuous unmanned operation without interruption of measurement, even for soil samples with high inorganic content due to the automatic ash recovery function. <Features> 1. Selective Adsorption: The APT method uses three types of adsorption-desorption columns that selectively adsorb CO2 from carbon, H2O from hydrogen, and SO2 from sulfur. 2. Nitrogen Detection: Nitrogen-derived NOx is reduced to N2 gas and is detected first without being adsorbed by the column. 3. High Adsorption Capacity: The adsorption-desorption columns can achieve up to 250 times the adsorption capacity of typical GC columns, allowing for the analysis of samples containing up to 500 mg of carbon. 4. Sharp Detection Peaks: Rapid heating of the column results in sharp detection peaks, achieving an excellent signal-to-noise ratio. 5. Complete Peak Separation: Complete control over the heating desorption of each component allows for perfect peak separation regardless of elemental content or ratios. The C/N ratio and C/S ratio can be accurately separated and analyzed up to 12,000:1.
