Camera x FA x AI Collaboration Platform "FA Finder"
A platform that fully utilizes camera footage to build various visualization systems for inspection, foreign object detection, predictive maintenance, operational monitoring, and traceability.
FA Finder is a highly extensible video integration platform that easily connects video information obtained from cameras with various information systems (IoT data) and FA equipment. By linking and synchronizing recorded footage and AI video analysis results with visualized data and events within processes, it can be utilized for dashcams, inspection systems, predictive maintenance, operational monitoring, and traceability systems. It can utilize cameras already present in factories. Additionally, when introducing new cameras, we assist customers in selecting the most suitable cameras regardless of the manufacturer. It is compatible with various types of cameras, including high-speed cameras, surveillance cameras, explosion-proof cameras, and scanning cameras. Main uses: • Analyzing the causes of defective products and equipment failures (synchronized playback of surveillance cameras and high-speed cameras) • Predictive maintenance (AI predicts from surveillance camera footage) • Skill transfer from experienced technicians • Ensuring quality with video as evidence.
basic information
Solving such challenges: • I want to find a way to utilize the footage I've been collecting. • I don't want to waste the cameras that are already in place. • I want to easily use AI in the production environment. • I want to link various equipment with video footage. ■ Automatically acquire and synchronize usable video information Simply collecting footage is not enough for utilization. FA Finder automates the collection of video and links it with relevant data and events, enabling event-driven video verification. ■ Easy and flexible integration system It can integrate various cameras, IoT edge devices, BI tools, AI, and user systems. There is a proven track record of integration with MotionBoard. ■ Bidirectional control Based on triggers from devices and other systems, it is possible to automatically capture footage with multiple cameras. Furthermore, it allows for the analysis of the acquired footage and control of the equipment.

We have published 'Traceability and Evidence Management in Manufacturing Sites Starting with a Small Start'.
Using our video/FA/AI collaboration platform "FA Finder," we will introduce traceability and evidence management systems that incorporate "video information," ranging from simple to large-scale implementations. By adding video to data visualization, we can gain insights that were not possible with data alone and enhance fraud prevention capabilities. Case 1: Traceability using BI tools and video information Case 2: Traceability and evidence acquisition through retrospective recording Case 3: Traceability and video evidence collection by linking PLCs and cameras Case 4: Establishing an inspection system to prevent inspection omissions and fraud
