The reason why even inexpensive sensors can detect anomalies.

Some people who are well-versed in vibration management may wonder whether abnormalities can be detected using MEMS sensors, which cannot detect high-frequency vibrations. Therefore, I have created a document explaining why inexpensive MEMS sensors are sufficient. As for past results, even when the vibration value doubled, no abnormal sounds were detected through auditory inspection (using a stethoscope). The term "mid-term damage" here refers to a level where "bearing deterioration is progressing, but no abnormal sounds can be heard during auditory inspection."
