【SCOPE】
A facility monitoring system realized at an overwhelmingly low cost.
It is a monitoring system using wireless sensing that can be built at an overwhelmingly low cost. It can utilize a variety of sensors centered around vibration. As a result of achieving low power consumption while maintaining sufficient sensitivity to detect abnormal signs, it has achieved a battery life of about three years with measurements taken every five minutes (using a CR2032 button battery). It is possible to start small with a low-cost investment and gradually increase the number of sensors to improve the reliability of the entire line.
basic information
Wireless Vibration Sensor - 3-axis accelerometer + magnetic sensor Can be utilized not only for vibration detection but also for solutions using the magnetic sensor, such as door open/close detection. - Approximately 3 years of battery life with measurements taken every 5 minutes. - The radio wave reach distance of the sensor is 20-30 meters (within a factory). The reach distance greatly depends on the surrounding environment, and in open areas, it can exceed 100 meters. Other wireless sensors: - Thermocouple - Environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, illuminance)
