At Raw Material Manufacturing Company N, the introduction of the microbubble generation device "YJ Nozzle" has achieved the elimination of odors, reduction of BOD, decrease in chemical dosing, and volume reduction of flocculated sludge and excess sludge in wastewater treatment facilities. The modification involved installing one unit of the microbubble generation device YJ Nozzle "YJ-15" (0.75 kW submersible pump) in both the raw water tank and the adjustment tank. As a result, the long-standing issue of odors was completely resolved in just one day after the installation of the microbubble YJ Nozzle. Additionally, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism adopted the microbubble generation device for the Onga River Estuary Water Quality Conservation Project. To purify a water area measuring 400 meters wide and 1200 meters long, the microbubble "YJ Nozzle" was installed.
