By generating micro-nano bubbles containing strong oxidizing ozone and reacting them with wastewater in the raw water adjustment tank, a wide range of effects can be expected, such as "decomposition of organic matter and refractory substances" and "deodorization and decolorization." In the aeration tank, powerful aeration containing ozone micro-nano bubbles allows for "decomposition of suspended solids in the liquid" and "suppression of excess sludge generation," while simultaneously achieving "adsorption and decomposition (microbial treatment) of COD, BOD components, and ammonia" using a super porous carrier containing activated carbon. These features enable direct discharge into rivers, waterways, and sewage without going through a sedimentation tank. Additionally, the installation does not require large-scale construction, allowing for the existing equipment to remain in place. Since excess sludge generation is minimized, costs for industrial waste disposal and coagulants can be reduced, and space and energy savings can also be anticipated. ■Features of Micro and Nano Bubbles Micro and nano bubbles are suitable for reactions with wastewater. Compared to regular bubbles, they have the following characteristics: (1) They have a slow rising speed and long-term stability, allowing for longer reaction times. (2) Due to their high internal pressure, they have a high gas (ozone) dissolution efficiency. (3) Their large specific surface area results in high reaction efficiency with liquids. By combining these features with ozone, which has strong oxidative power, they can react more effectively with wastewater.

■Micro-Nano Bubble Generation Device "YJ Nozzle" By simply combining it with a general-purpose submersible pump, micro-nano bubbles can be generated in the liquid. Since it uses an ejector system, it can supply gas to the intake section, allowing ozone to be encapsulated in the bubbles. Its simple straight structure allows for use even in the presence of foreign objects, preventing clogging. With a rich lineup, it can accommodate various tank sizes and flow rates.
