Simultaneous molding of different materials and colors! Achieving functionality and design in one process.
"Two-color molding" involves combining two different types of resin to form a single unit. By combining with soft resin, sealing effects can be achieved, and by using different colored resins, color-separated molding can be accomplished. Additionally, the prevention of sink marks can be achieved through two-shot injection of the same resin. Although two molds are required, one for the primary side and one for the secondary side, the elimination of O-rings and packing, as well as the omission of printing and painting, can be achieved. Furthermore, the cooling efficiency during molding is good, which is expected to shorten the molding cycle.
