【Flow from Order to Delivery】 1. Hearing via phone Our technical sales staff will respond within 3 days. 2. Detailed meeting (at the customer's site, online call, etc.) We will confirm the specifications of the current screws/pallets and any new screws/pallets. 3. Design by technical sales staff The technical sales staff will create a simple sketch of the estimated shape, and if there are no issues, they will create formal drawings. 4. Manufacturing at our own factory All products will be manufactured at our own factory in Nisshin City. 5. Quality control and submission of measurement data Our quality control department will rigorously check dimensions and sliding performance. Measurement data will be attached and shipped with each item. 6. Delivery of products that passed inspection Typically, delivery will be made within 3 to 4 weeks from the meeting.
