We propose alternative materials that comply with the Food Sanitation Act! We have published a list of compliant and non-compliant items for the positive list.
In the Food Sanitation Act revised in 2020, a positive list system was introduced for food utensils and containers made of synthetic resin, allowing only substances that have been evaluated for safety to be used. This document presents a list of plastics that comply with the positive list system of the Food Sanitation Act, along with their characteristics. We at Equal propose alternative materials that comply with the Food Sanitation Act. Additionally, we will investigate whether the materials you are considering comply with the Food Sanitation Act.
