POM is one of the five major general-purpose engineering plastics, and due to its excellent wear resistance, mechanical properties, and high temperature stability, it is used as a substitute for metals. Although it is inferior in terms of flammability and weather resistance, it is a well-balanced material in both performance and cost aspects, making it the resin with the best cost performance.
