We achieve the optimization of degassing for HPLC in combination with a film degasser.

This new inline degassing control method for HPLC allows the degasser to operate at high vacuum pressure (vacuum pressure closer to atmospheric pressure) without affecting the performance of the HPLC system, minimizing the permeation vaporization and concentration changes of the mobile phase, while also reducing the amount released into the atmosphere. Additionally, by degassing at a vacuum pressure higher than the vapor pressure of the mobile phase, it becomes possible to reduce concentration changes of the mobile phase across the entire flow range of the HPLC system.
