The 1.0 mm column hardware is designed with robustness in mind for filling columns with microbore fillers, achieving efficient microbore filling with a smooth internal tube surface finish and ultra-high pressure design. To mitigate the effects of peak leading commonly seen in conventional stainless steel column tubes, the tube section uses patented PEEK-lined stainless steel, which can provide consistent surface smoothness. Additionally, it does not degrade the sample peaks even after hundreds of consecutive injections. Each column is laser-marked with the inner diameter, frit pore size, and lot number, ensuring traceability.
