Finger-type valve TME-T03
It is a motor-driven volumetric measurement valve system. It allows for long hours of continuous operation with the liquid agent filled in the tank.
This is a finger-type valve that presses a tube vertically with three fingers. The stroke of the finger that compresses the tube can be finely adjusted with a micrometer. It is possible to change the diameter of the Teflon tube used and adjust the corresponding volume. Additionally, a μDD servo motor has achieved compact size, high precision, and high torque.
