Ideal for materials with particles! There are no stepped drill hole processes on the inner surface due to the molded products. The inner diameter is standardized from 0.1mm to 0.4mm.
This is a ceramic nozzle compatible with lure nozzles, featuring improved internal finishing precision and an integrated ceramic nozzle at the tip. Even with materials containing a high number of particles, the fluid dynamics-calculated internal taper angle allows for smooth flow of the material through the small diameter hole. The tip shape, which significantly affects discharge, is designed with the aspect ratio in mind. In particular, for nozzles with an inner diameter of 0.1 mm and 0.15 mm, production with an aspect ratio of 1:1 is possible. This nozzle is optimal for the precise application of high-viscosity materials such as cream solder.

- The inner diameter is standardized from 0.025 mm to 0.4 mm. - For inner diameters from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm, costs have been reduced through mold production. - The wall thickness at the nozzle tip can be selected as 12 microns, 25 microns, or 120 microns. - With a 0.1 mm inner diameter nozzle with an aspect ratio of 1:1, it becomes possible to achieve discharge that is difficult with metal nozzles.
