The high-acceleration life test device is equipped with functions centered around bias tests that apply a constant voltage or signal. A two-tier type that secures double the capacity in a single installation space is also available. It can accommodate simultaneous testing under different conditions and an increase in processing volume.

The control methods include a standard type with two modes: "unsaturated control" and "wet saturated control," as well as an M type equipped with three modes: "dry and wet bulb temperature control," "unsaturated control," and "wet saturated control." The M type complies with the international standard IEC-60068-2-66. Temperature, humidity, and pressure range: +105.0 to +142.9°C, 75 to 100% rh, 0.020 to 0.196 MPa (Gauge) / +105.0 to +162.2°C, 75 to 100% rh, 0.020 to 0.392 MPa (Gauge).

Sample signal terminal The sample signal terminal for bias testing is equipped with a standard of 12 pins per chamber, and additional pins can be added in units of 12 (up to a maximum of 72 pins as an option). By color-coding the terminals (black: -, red: +), visibility is improved, making it easier to connect the increasingly complex wiring.
