The "AMR-U" is a conductor resistance evaluation system that continuously measures the minute resistance values of solder joints and connector connections under low and high temperature cycling environments. It realizes a systematization of automatic measurement, data recording, and data processing by computer, allowing for a more accurate and efficient evaluation of connection reliability. It is equipped with two types of failure judgment methods: absolute value judgment and change rate judgment.
