A thermal shock device with stationary samples that switches between low and high temperatures in the same chamber using a damper.
- Complies with standard tests such as IEC60068-2-14Na and MIL-883L. - Two-zone and three-zone methods through damper switching. - There is no vibration stress on the sample due to movement, ensuring more accurate test results. - 1000 cycles of continuous operation. Defrost-free function (optional). - Continuous cycle testing for 500 hours is possible without interruption due to defrosting during the test. Continuous operation for 500 hours can be achieved without interruptions for defrosting. Under the 15-minute exposure test conditions, continuous testing for 1000 cycles can be performed without interruption, reducing defrost time and defrost power during the cycle test. - Achieves both power consumption reduction and shortening of test time simultaneously.

Sample temperature control A temperature sensor (one point) is attached to the sample in the test area, and control of the device is performed based on the measurement of the sample temperature. Since a difference occurs between the air temperature and the sample temperature when the set temperature is reached, controlling based on the sample temperature allows for more accurate testing.
