[Environmental Equipment Delivery Case] Hydrochloric Acid Recovery and Removal System with Two Absorption Towers
Recovery of hydrochloric acid in propylene gas as a 20% aqueous solution! Case study of hydrochloric acid recovery and removal equipment delivery.
We would like to introduce a case where I-Techno delivered two absorption towers for hydrochloric acid recovery and removal. Hydrochloric acid was recovered from propylene gas as a 20% aqueous solution. The inlet concentration of the first tower (recovery tower) was HCl 190,000 ppm, and the outlet concentration was 2,300 ppm. Additionally, the inlet concentration of the second tower (removal tower) was HCl 2,300 ppm, and the outlet concentration was 1 ppm. 【Case Study】 ■ Industry of Delivery: Chemical ■ Designed and Installed Equipment: Two Absorption Towers for Hydrochloric Acid Recovery and Removal ■ First Tower (Recovery Tower) ・Inlet Concentration: HCl 190,000 ppm ・Outlet Concentration: 2,300 ppm ・Outlet Absorption Liquid: 20 wt% Hydrochloric Acid Aqueous Solution ■ Second Tower (Removal Tower) ・Inlet Concentration: HCl 2,300 ppm ・Outlet Concentration: 1 ppm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
