[Environmental Equipment Delivery Case] Hydrochloric Acid Gas Absorption Tower 'EHCU Series'
The processing gas volume is 50m³/min! A case study of a hydrochloric acid gas absorption tower that removes the outlet concentration to below 2 ppm.
We would like to introduce a case study of the hydrochloric acid gas absorption tower delivered by E-Techno. The target gas for removal is hydrochloric acid gas containing trace amounts of organic solvents. The inlet concentration was reduced from 40 ppm to below 2 ppm at the outlet. The absorbent solution used is a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, with a processing gas volume of 50 m³/min and a gas temperature of 40°C. 【Case Study】 ■ Industry of the delivery destination: Chemical ■ Designed and installed equipment: Hydrochloric acid gas absorption tower EHCU series ■ Processing gas volume: 50 m³/min ■ Gas temperature: 40°C ■ Absorbent solution: Sodium hydroxide aqueous solution ■ Packing tower: ID750×H5150 (packing height 2m) corrosion-resistant FRP ■ Packing material: Hyrex 200PP *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
