[Case Study of Environmental Equipment Installation] Acid Gas Absorption Tower
Removal of HCI gas from an inlet concentration of 100 ppm to an outlet concentration of less than 10 ppm! Introducing a case study of an acidic gas absorption tower.
We would like to introduce a case study of the delivery of an acidic gas absorption tower conducted by E-Techno. The processing gas volume is 100m³/h, and the target gas for removal is acidic gas containing acetone. To address concerns about increased acetone concentration at the interface, we added an additional 3mm of FRP to the inner surface, which is 150mm wide. Additionally, a caustic potash aqueous solution is used as the absorbent, and the gas temperature is 30°C. 【Case Study】 ■ Industry of Delivery: Chemical ■ Designed and Installed Equipment: Acidic Gas Absorption Tower ■ Gas Temperature: 30°C ■ Design Removal Rate: Removal of HCl gas from an inlet concentration of 100ppm to an outlet concentration of less than 10ppm ■ Absorbent: Caustic Potash Aqueous Solution ■ Packing Tower: ID1200×H3853 (packing height 1m) corrosion-resistant FRP ■ Packing Material: Hyrex 175PP *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
