What is pulp molding: - Dry method A method of molding primarily using recycled paper. Old paper from cardboard, magazines, newspapers, etc., is collected, crushed, and dissolved. It is then scooped with a mesh and pressed into shape. The moisture is removed through natural drying or heat drying to complete the process. Decoration is also possible. → It is used as packaging material for raw eggs and cushioning material for home appliances. - Wet method Materials such as virgin material, bamboo fiber, and sugarcane fiber are crushed and dissolved. It is formed by pressing and heat molding after being scooped with a mesh. The product is hardened by forced drying. Decoration is also possible. → It is used as packaging material for electronic products like earphones. It has high aesthetic quality and can also be used for individual packaging and outer boxes.
