By setting thresholds for rotation speed and torque, it can detect screw tightening failures. With the incorporation of a transducer, it supports the visualization of actual torque. Changes in torque and rotation speed can be easily switched using the management-specific software "N-DAS" included with the controller. By using Ethernet connection and an SD card, data logs can be output in Excel or CSV format, supporting multi-product production and quality control. It can also be mounted on automatic machines.
