Condensation is, in essence, the phenomenon where water vapor that can no longer be held due to a drop in temperature liquefies. By removing moisture from the space in advance, we fundamentally prevent condensation incidents.
"Condensation" caused by temperature changes is a major cause of quality issues in logistics and storage. We will explain why water droplets occur even after taking countermeasures, based on the underlying mechanism. 【Physical Mechanism of Condensation】 Invisible water vapor exists in the air, but the maximum amount it can hold (saturated water vapor) is determined by temperature. The higher the temperature, the more the air expands and can hold more moisture; however, when the temperature drops, the air contracts, and the amount of moisture it can hold decreases sharply. At this point, the excess moisture that cannot be held is the essence of "condensation." To prevent condensation, it is necessary to reduce the "amount of moisture in the air itself" before the temperature drops. 【Role of EX-DRY】 "EX-DRY" absorbs moisture from the air at an overwhelming speed. While the temperature is high (meaning the air holds a lot of moisture), it absorbs the water vapor in the space. Even if the air contracts due to a rapid temperature drop during the night or long-distance transport, it maintains an environment that is always below the saturated water vapor level, physically blocking the occurrence of condensation.
