FireEdge FE400 Air-Cooled UV LED
Compact and high-output air-cooled UV curing LED.
A compact UV-LED product with an output of 8W/cm² (385/395/405nm) and 4W/cm² (365nm). It offers two types of optical solutions: a flat lens for spreading ultraviolet light and a rod lens for focusing it. It can be operated simply by connecting to a general-purpose power supply unit, with no special power supply unit required.

■ The irradiation port sizes are available in long sides of 80mm, 120mm, 160mm, 180mm, and 240mm, and short sides of 10mm. ■ The output is high, with 8W/cm² at the glass surface (at either 385/395/405nm) and 4W/cm² (at 365nm). ■ Ideal for pinning and side curing. ■ It is possible to set for partial irradiation and to configure the output to 1/10, thus expanding operational options for the product.
