A groundbreaking method creates a windless environment with constant high temperature and humidity (over 98%) inside the storage, remarkably extending the freshness of vegetables, fruits, and flowers, contributing to the reduction of food waste! To preserve freshly harvested produce for an extended period, it is essential to recreate the same environment as when they were cultivated. Traditional cooling methods that blow cold air cause the items being cooled to dry out as they cool, accelerating deterioration and leading to unavoidable waste. In response, "Junzou" uses square pipes that are in contact with the walls inside the container, circulating a cooled liquid (brine) through these pipes to cool the entire wall surface. This allows for cooling the stored items inside the container in a windless state, preserving the moisture barrier surrounding the vegetables, fruits, and flowers, thus preventing drying. Additionally, since the entire wall surface acts as a cooling body, temperature variations within the storage are minimized. Moreover, a special micro-mist humidification device maintains humidity levels above 98%.
