Are you having trouble with grease clogs in the piping of the "oil-water separation device"? *Video available

By using an oil-water separation device to separate oils and fats, the burden on wastewater treatment facilities is reduced, resulting in cleaner discharged water! Contributes to cost reduction by reducing piping cleaning expenses!

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Oil-Water Separation Device" developed by Foods Tech Co., Ltd. In meat processing plants, fat accumulates in the pipes from the factory to the wastewater treatment facility, blocking the pipes, which led to the need to hire external contractors for cleaning. However, this cost was high, and we were considering countermeasures. Therefore, we introduced this device. Since fat no longer accumulates in the pipes, cleaning costs have become zero. Additionally, since very little fat now mixes in, the load on the wastewater treatment equipment has decreased, resulting in cleaner effluent and a significant reduction in BOD. [Overview] ■ Background leading to the introduction - Cleaning of the pipes was outsourced to external contractors, but the costs were high. - Fat that was not completely removed mixed into the wastewater treatment facility, causing the effluent to be cloudy. ■ Solutions/Effects - A coil was wrapped around the drainage pipe from the factory, applying a weak magnetic force to facilitate the separation of fat and water, while softening the solidified fat. - Only the softened fat floating on the surface of the raw water tank is extracted. - The fat is placed in the oil-water separator for further separation of just the fat. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
