The hot melt handgun is suitable for small lot production, so how about using it for development, prototyping, and sample creation? Since it is tank-type, it does not have strict requirements for material properties or shapes. The melting temperature of the hot melt is up to 230°C. The EMJ3-P extruder is a screw extrusion type applicator for hot melt resin. By melting the hot melt just before application, it minimizes the degradation of the hot melt, making it suitable for hot melt molding. Additionally, pressure control allows for a constant injection pressure and holding pressure. There is also a gear pump type that offers higher precision. It is suitable for oil filters and automotive applications as well.
