With a rich variety of piston pumps and gear pumps, and temperature control up to 120°C, it is possible to accurately discharge liquids ranging from liquid to paste.

Mixing is made possible with high-precision stirring using static mixers, rotary static mixers, and dynamic mixers. It is particularly effective in the field of high-viscosity resins. ●Features● - During a power outage, cleaning with main agent replacement is possible using only residual air pressure. ●Performance● - A compression ratio of 80:1 allows for a maximum discharge pressure of 40 MPa (piston pump). - High durability achieved with tungsten carbide (nozzles, valves, etc.). - Selection between 1 gear/2 gear is possible according to resin viscosity (gear pump). ●Maintenance● - Japanese-made control equipment is used. ●Scalability● - Multi-nozzle specifications are also available upon request. ◆◇◆For more details, please request materials or contact us◆◇◆
