The EP series extruder adopts a screw extrusion method, allowing for the discharge of high-viscosity, non-flowing resins. By melting the hot melt just before extrusion (up to 300°C), it can minimize thermal degradation compared to tank-type systems.

The hot melt extruder adopts a screw extrusion method, allowing it to discharge resins that are high-temperature and high-viscosity, even those with no fluidity, at temperatures up to 300°C (with an option for 500°C). Furthermore, the circulation system enables the hot melt to circulate. This prevents changes in discharge volume that often occur at the start and end of application, further improving the accuracy of intermittent application.
