■High Viscosity Discharge This is an extruder suitable for high viscosity thermoplastic resins and adhesives. It can handle polyamides, polyesters, PP, PE, PU, PO, EVA, etc. Discharge of resins with a viscosity of over 1,000,000 CPS is possible. The operating temperature can reach up to 250°C (with an option for 500°C). ■Quantitative Discharge It performs quantitative discharge. To further enhance accuracy, a gear pump (optional) can be installed. Additionally, in the circulation type (optional), circulating the resin prevents variations in discharge amount that often occur at the start and end of discharge, further improving discharge accuracy during intermittent coating. ◎ Various types are available up to large sizes (~100 kg/h). ◎ For product specifications and detailed features, please refer to the catalog.
