The pattern controller "Splitter" allows you to simply input the desired amount of hot melt adhesive you want to save, such as "30%" or "50%", and it will change from bead application to dot application, thereby reducing the consumption of hot melt adhesive. There are two types available: a separate type that can be attached to existing melters and a type that is built into the melter.
