Rotary joint, rotary joint, rotor seal
We present a comprehensive catalog of rotor seals featuring a wide variety of options!
This document is a comprehensive catalog of rotor seals (rotary joints) offered by Japan Fairwick Co., featuring a diverse range of variations for air, oil, and water. Our rotor seals are rotary joints that supply air (both positive and negative pressure) or liquids from fixed piping to a rotating shaft. These rotor seals were primarily developed for controlling clutches and brakes, but they can also be used for supplying cutting oil to machine tools, lubricating oil to devices mounted on rotating shafts, and even as part of a cooling circulation system using oil. To accommodate a wide range of applications, our rotor seals are available in various sizes, focusing on 1, 2, 3, and 4-channel types. We also accept inquiries for custom products, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Contents】 ■Air ■Oil ■Water ■Others *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
Air pressure single passage rotor seal AS Among the rotor seals that supply a single type of fluid to a rotating body, this is the most widely used in various applications. Two types of screws are available for the mounting part: pipe tapered screws and metric screws. For the pipe tapered screw type, right-hand and left-hand screws are provided to prevent distortion depending on the rotation direction of the shaft.
-
Pneumatic Two-Channel Rotor Seal ADF The pneumatic two-channel rotor seal can supply fluid through two independent channels from the end of the shaft. Therefore, it is possible to flow different fluids through each of the two channels. The external piping connection ports are JIS tapered threads.
-
Air pressure three-way rotor seal ATF The air pressure three-way rotor seal can simultaneously allow three types of fluids to flow and is designed with a flange for easy installation at the shaft end. The three inlets are machined with Rc1/2 tapered pipe threads on the side of the rotor seal body, each connecting to an eccentric fluid passage. All three passages can directly supply fluid into the rotating shaft, and the outer circumference of the mounting flange is also machined with Rc1/2 threads, allowing it to be used as an external passage as well.
-
Pneumatic 4-Way Rotor Seal AQF The pneumatic 4-way rotor seal can simultaneously flow four types of fluids. It has a flange-type installation, making it easy to attach to the shaft end. The four inlet ports are machined with Rc1/2 pipe taper threads on the side of the rotor seal body, each connecting to an eccentric fluid passage. All four passages can directly supply fluid into the rotating shaft.
-
Hydraulic single passage rotor seal OS The hydraulic single passage rotor seal comes in two types: OS type for medium pressure and HOS type for high pressure. All screws at the mounting part are metric fine thread screws.
-
Hydraulic single passage rotor seal HOS There are two types of hydraulic single passage rotor seals: the OS type for medium pressure and the HOS type for high pressure. All screws at the mounting part are fine metric threads.
-
Hydraulic Two-Channel Rotor Seal ODF The hydraulic two-channel rotor seal can supply fluid through two independent channels from the end of the shaft. Each channel can be used for different purposes; for example, one channel can be used for lubricating bearings, while the other channel can be used for an actuator mounted on the rotating shaft. Furthermore, this rotor seal can also be used as part of an oil circulation system.
-
Water-use single passage rotor seal WS This is a rotor seal that supplies one type of fluid to a rotating body. All screws at the mounting part are pipe tapered screws.
-
Water 2-way rotor seal NWD The water 2-way rotor seal can supply cooling water to the rotating shaft or device through two independent passages. It can also be used as a circulation cooling system for devices mounted on the rotating shaft.
