Rotary joint for hydraulic two-way rotor seal

It is a rotary joint for supplying medium and high-pressure operating oil from fixed piping to a rotating actuator.

The hydraulic two-channel rotor seal can supply fluid through two independent channels from the end of the shaft. Each channel can be used for different purposes; for example, one channel can be for lubricating bearings, while the other can be for actuators mounted on the rotating shaft. Furthermore, this rotor seal can also be used as part of an oil circulation system. The seal piece is designed to minimize the load acting on the sealing surface, ensuring that the contact pressure between the spindle and the end face of the seal piece is low. As a result, it safely prevents leakage and minimizes wear on the seal. Since a non-lubricated ball bearing is used between the fixed and rotating parts, it has low rotational resistance and excellent durability.

basic information

The rotor seal from Japan Faiwick is a rotating joint that supplies air (both positive and negative pressure) or liquid to a rotating shaft from fixed piping. This rotor seal was primarily developed for controlling clutches and brakes, but it can also be used for supplying cutting oil to machine tools, lubricating devices attached to rotating shafts, and even as part of a cooling circulation system using oil. To accommodate a wide range of applications, Japan Faiwick offers various sizes, focusing on 1, 2, 3, and 4-channel types.
