We would like to introduce a case study of the development of "Daikin Support Life" for Daikin Industries, Ltd., a company in the lifestyle and manufacturing sector. This app visualizes the activity status of "residents" (elderly individuals living alone) that can be detected by monitoring sensors, along with statistical information about their daily rhythms, providing insights to the "watching side" (family members) regarding the daily activities of the "resident." It is assumed that the "watching side" will check the activity status of the "resident" daily. Therefore, to avoid creating a psychological barrier to monitoring, we designed the expression, information, and flow in a way that allows the "watching side" to smoothly and effortlessly access the current activity status and daily rhythm information of the "resident."
