The Model 7130A is an IEPE 3-axis accelerometer (acceleration pickup, acceleration sensor) that offers a selectable range from ±50g to a maximum of ±500g. This accelerometer incorporates three independent welded stainless steel assemblies housed in a rigid anodized aluminum casing. The Model 7130A features a shared piezoelectric ceramic crystal, mounted with a compression ring, which improves the instability observed in long-term use with epoxy resin structures. It achieves a flat frequency response up to 9kHz and a wide operating range from -55°C to +125°C.
