[Limited Quantity] Demo Unit Rental DC Response Silicon MEMS Accelerometer 52F
TE Connectivity manufactured small DC response acceleration sensor with durable low-noise cable, offering highly reliable performance.
The Model 52F accelerometer is a gas-damped accelerometer that uses advanced semiconductor piezoresistive MEMS sensor elements, providing an excellent dynamic range and stability. Compared to metal gauges, it has less degradation of the gauge mounting adhesive surface, resulting in minimal aging and deterioration, allowing for long-term use. Additionally, it features an internal stopper structure, enabling shock resistance (5000g) and a flat amplitude and phase response up to a maximum of 6kHz.
