Free distribution of the comprehensive catalog - DC response semiconductor MEMS accelerometer 3801A
DC response voltage output accelerometer, using durable low-noise cable, wide measurement range.
The Model 3801A accelerometer is a gas-damped accelerometer that uses advanced semiconductor piezoresistive MEMS sensor elements, providing an excellent dynamic range and stability. Compared to metal gauges, it has less degradation of the gauge mounting adhesive surface, allowing for long-term use without aging or deterioration. Additionally, it features an internal stopper structure that enables shock resistance (up to 10,000g) and a flat amplitude and phase response up to a maximum of 5kHz.
basic information
□■Basic Information■□ TE Connectivity Sensor Solutions (formerly Measurement Specialties) is a comprehensive manufacturer of sensors, producing a wide range of sensors including pressure, temperature, humidity, displacement, and acceleration. The company manufactures high-performance semiconductor gauges, which have a strong track record as OEM products in various countries. The accelerometers utilize these semiconductor gauges and are sold widely, ranging from detecting minute parameters to measuring shocks. □■Performance■□ - Semiconductor piezoresistive MEMS sensor - Measurement axis: 1 axis - Measurement range ⇔ Sensitivity: ±2g ⇔ 12mV/g to ±2000g ⇔ 0.1mV/g (total of 8 models) - Applied voltage: 2 to 10V - Operating temperature range: -55 to +125℃ (recommended usage range: -20℃ to +85℃) - Sensor weight: 20 grams - Insulation resistance: over 100MΩ - Shock resistance: 10000g - Non-linearity: ±1% or less - Resonant frequency: up to 7000Hz (±1000g specification) - Response frequency: up to 3000Hz [±1dB] (±1000g specification) - Cross-axis sensitivity: 3% or less - Stud mounting
