The Model EGCS-D0/D1S accelerometer is an oil-damped accelerometer that uses advanced semiconductor piezoresistive MEMS sensor elements, providing an excellent dynamic range and stability. Additionally, it achieves an optimal damping coefficient in a compact and lightweight body, offering an extremely wide specification range from ±5g to ±10000g. Furthermore, it features an internal stopper structure that enables shock resistance (up to 20000g) and a flat amplitude and phase response up to a maximum of 5kHz.
