The Model EGAXT3 accelerometer is an oil-damped acceleration sensor that uses advanced semiconductor piezoresistive MEMS sensor elements, providing an excellent dynamic range and stability. The oil damping achieves an optimal damping coefficient of 0.7 even in a compact and lightweight design, suitable for high g-range applications. Additionally, it features an internal stopper structure that enables shock resistance (up to 10,000 g) and a flat amplitude and phase response up to a maximum of 3 kHz.
