[6-axis integrated] A sensor capable of measuring 3-axis acceleration and 3-axis gyro in one unit.
Compact and lightweight with the capability to measure up to 6 axes. Customizable order with selectable ranges for acceleration and gyro. Shock resistance up to 5000g.
The Model 633 Six-Degree of Freedom Sensor is a compact and lightweight sensor that integrates a 3-axis accelerometer and a 3-axis gyroscope. It offers six customizable options for acceleration ranges from ±50 to ±500 [g] and six options for angular velocity ranges from ±500 to ±24000 [deg/sec]. It features a mechanical stopper structure internally, providing high shock resistance of up to 5000g, making it suitable for collision and impact testing. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +105°C. The housing is sealed with epoxy resin, meeting the IP65 standard for dust and water protection. We listen to your testing environment and requirements to recommend the most suitable sensor that meets your conditions. If you have any concerns about selecting a sensor, please feel free to contact us.
basic information
□■Basic Information■□ TE Connectivity Sensor Solutions (formerly Measurement Specialties) is a comprehensive manufacturer of sensors, producing a wide range of sensors for pressure, temperature, humidity, displacement, acceleration, and more. The company manufactures high-performance semiconductor gauges and has a strong track record as an OEM supplier worldwide. The accelerometers utilize these semiconductor gauges and are sold for a wide range of applications, from detecting minute parameters to measuring shocks. □■Performance■□ - DC response acceleration and gyro sensors - Measurement axes: 3-axis acceleration, 3-axis gyro (1-axis gyro also available) - Measurement range ⇔ Sensitivity (acceleration): ±50g ⇔ 2mV/g to ±6000g ⇔ 0.1mV/g in six stages - Measurement range ⇔ Sensitivity (angular velocity): ±500deg/sec ⇔ 4mV/deg/sec to ±24000deg/sec ⇔ 0.083mV/deg/sec in six stages - Shock resistance: 5000g
