■Function Overview (Receiving) - Data sent via FAX to the PC can be captured through a FAX modem and processed and edited as PC data. - Characters that cannot be read by the device can be displayed collectively, allowing for easy and quick corrections. - By providing necessary instructions in advance (batch processing), it enables a very simple workflow where you only need to press the "Confirm Recognition Results" and "Create Accumulated Data" buttons, significantly reducing processing time. - The status of the work processing is displayed in a list, allowing for easy progress management at a glance. ■Function Overview (Sending) - Data used on the host PC can be edited and processed into a format suitable for FAX and sent directly. - It is possible to send to all registered recipients or to specify groups for sending.
