Heat-resistant Hose "CP Series" The heat-resistant hose "CP Series" is a high-performance flexible hose that can handle high-temperature exhaust gas extraction up to 1,100°C (continuously up to 900°C), with a wide range of sizes from φ20 to φ1016. Its clamp profile structure (CP structure) exhibits excellent abrasion resistance against dragging and prevents the hose from slipping off. Additionally, the "CP Series" is highly flexible and can accommodate repeated bending. ■ Main Products - "CP HiTex 483" suitable for suction and exhaust of exhaust gases in engine benches and chassis dynamometer tests (up to 1,100°C). - Flame-retardant hose "CP HiTex 480" suitable for fume and spatter recovery. - Highly flexible hoses "METAL HOSE 375 HT" and "METAL HOSE INOX 376" usable for vacuum cleaners, high-temperature powder transport, and cable protection. - Chemical-resistant hose "CP KAPTON 476" suitable for chemical gases and vapors. - "SIL 391 TWO" usable in printing machines and dryers, among others.
