Heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant hose 125℃ AIRDUC PUR 351 HT
A flexible hose that excels in abrasion resistance and can withstand continuous temperatures of 125°C. It has antistatic properties and does not contain plasticizers, making it resistant to aging.
The material used is high-quality premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR), which has four times the abrasion resistance of PVC and more than twice the heat resistance of PVC, with a maximum durability of 150°C (whereas PVC hoses typically stop at around 70°C). Additionally, an antistatic steel wire is embedded within the hose wall, providing excellent flexibility, making it easy to install in tight spaces and allowing for free maneuverability. Although it is a polyurethane product, it uses high-quality materials that are resistant to hydrolysis, showing almost no degradation even after testing in 80°C hot water (conventional polyurethane typically breaks down within the same period).
