No liquid leakage! A gear pump that can pump high-viscosity and high-temperature fluids without seals.
The gear pump "KF + MG Series" is a magnet-driven volumetric gear pump manufactured by KRACHT, featuring a seal-less structure (magnet drive). Due to the seal-less structure (magnet drive), there are no shaft seals, and it is completely independent due to the barrier (can), preventing any liquid leakage from the shaft seal area. Therefore, maintenance for shaft seal replacement is unnecessary, and it can be safely used with fluids that could pose environmental issues in the event of leakage, as well as hazardous fluids such as toxic or flammable substances, and expensive or precious fluids. (*1) Gear pumps excel in metering accuracy as they transfer fluid in volumetric units of gears, and they have better volumetric efficiency with higher viscosity, making them suitable for the metered transfer of high-viscosity fluids.
